Google Sheets Stock Entry

I want to hand over the routine stock-entry work so I can focus on other areas of my kitchen operation. Your task is pure data entry—nothing else. Every day I will send you the raw counts for incoming and outgoing items; you will log them into my existing Google Sheets file, making sure each figure lands in the correct column and the running totals update accurately.

The work revolves around stock entry only, so speed and precision are essential. I have maintained this sheet myself for the past two years and know exactly where a single typo can throw off the whole inventory report. Because the file lives in Google Sheets, you must already be comfortable with its basic formulas, filters, and version history for quick error checks. If you normally work in Excel or a database that’s fine, but for this job everything happens inside Google Sheets.

Deliverables I expect
• A fully updated Google Sheets inventory log at the close of each agreed-upon shift
• Zero discrepancies between the numbers I send and the numbers reflected in the sheet
• A brief note in the “Remarks” column whenever you spot a missing figure or unusual spike so I can investigate immediately
