Google Sheets Sprint Timeline

I already have a Google Sheets file where one tab lists all project milestones. What I’m missing is a second tab that automatically turns those milestones into a high-level release plan grouped by sprints.

Here’s what I need you to do: pull the dates, names, and any status flags from the existing “Milestones” tab and translate them—through formulas, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, or another approach you prefer—into an easy-to-read timeline that shows each sprint’s start, end, and the deliverables scheduled for it. The view should update itself whenever I add or modify milestones, so no manual copy-paste maintenance. Visual polish matters less than clarity and automation.

If you have done something similar before, briefly describe that experience when you reply; I’m primarily interested in seeing how you’ve solved comparable problems in Google Sheets.

Deliverables:
• A working “Sprint Plan” tab that auto-populates from the milestone data
• Brief inline comments or a short note explaining the key formulas so I can tweak them later

Once the sheet is functioning and self-updating, the job is complete.
