Google Sheets Specialist for Mortgage Business

Hi! I’m looking for a Google Sheets specialist to help me design and build a set of clean, branded, user-friendly templates to support my growing mortgage & protection advice business.

We’re not looking for heavy formulas or code – just well-structured, good-looking, functional sheets we can use every day.
We need help building:
Lead Tracker System

Branded Google Form for introducers to submit leads

Tracker sheet with dropdowns, conditional formatting, and status updates

Dashboard to show adviser performance, conversion rates, top introducers, etc.

Exportable summary dashboards for introducers (PDF)

Team Task & Project Tracker

Master log of tasks with categories, statuses, priorities, due dates

Dashboard showing workload per team member and project progress

Clean layout using our colours and formatting rules

Two Process Checklists

End-to-end step-by-step checklists for tracking mortgage/protection cases

Tick-off style layout with clear task stages, dates, and assignment fields

Simple to duplicate into individual client folders
Key Requirements:
Experience designing clean, modern Google Sheets

Comfortable with conditional formatting, dropdowns, filters, and dashboards

Ability to follow brand guidelines (we use navy, orange, clean layout)

Final versions must be easy to duplicate and adapt by non-techy users
