Google Sheets Script Automatisation -- 2

The employer needs a Google Sheets expert who can write a script that will run on a “Master” sheet that contains Names, Email addresses and URLs of “Time Tracking” sheets. The script needs to read each sheet mentioned in the URLs column, analyze whether certain cells in the current date column add up to 8 hours. If the script finds a sheet where the current date column adds up to less than 8 hours, the script should send out an email using the name and email address in the same row as the “Time Tracking” sheet URL requesting that person to fill in the “Time Tracking” sheet while also CC'ing the admin whose email will be in the “Master” sheet. Moreover, the script should not run during Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays whose dates will be mentioned in the “Master” sheet.
