Google Sheets Script Automatisation

I need a script that will read a "Master Sheet" that contains Name, Email & URLs to other "Time Tracking" google sheets and check whether certain columns in every "Time Tracking" sheet has been updated or not. If not updated, the script has to send out an email notification to the associated person whose email will be mentioned in the "Master Sheet". When sending the notification, the script has to CC the admin who has access to the "Master Sheet".
