Google Sheets Script

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a Google Sheets script for me. The specific task that I need the script to perform is to post date and time based on input parameters.
For testing and development purposes, I do have a sample data set that you can use.
The desired output of the script is to create a new sheet with the following columns: Date, Time, and Date and Time.
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Apps Script
- Experience in creating custom scripts for data manipulation and analysis
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate and precise date and time posting.
