Google Sheets Sales Dashboard
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a 2025 year-to-date spreadsheet that needs to be transformed into a single, self-updating sales dashboard inside Google Sheets. The goal is to see the full story at a glance—revenue trends, advertising spend, and the health of our pipeline—without manual refreshes or copy-pasting.
Here is what I need built:
• Sales revenue, displayed monthly, presented both as a clean table and as bar, line, and pie charts.
• Marketing spend focused on the Advertising category, broken out the same way for quick comparison against revenue.
• A pipeline section that rolls up live counts for Leads, Demo Set, Demo Given, Won Deals and any similar stages already in the sheet, with visuals that show movement through the funnel.
• Behind the scenes: QUERY or FILTER logic, dynamic named ranges, and ARRAYFORMULA techniques so every new row fed into the raw data sheet instantly reflects in the dashboard without manual edits.
Everything must pull exclusively from the 2025 YTD data that is already there, stay within Google Sheets (no add-ons), and remain easy for me to extend or re-skin later. If you have prior dashboards you can screenshot, that will help me choose quickly.
