Google Sheets Pop Inventory Tracker

I need a Google Sheets file that lets me stay on top of every popsicle in the business, even though the stock lives in two different places. The sheet has to keep one clear, running count of:

• Flavor
• Quantity

That count must update automatically whenever I log a new delivery, move stock between sites, or pull a few bars aside as samples. I’m flexible on whether you separate the locations with columns, rows, or individual tabs, whichever approach keeps the data tidy and the maths transparent.

Deliverables
• A share-ready Google Sheets template pre-filled with example data so I can see the workflow.
• Built-in formulas (no add-ons) that total inventory per location and in aggregate.
• Simple instructions inside the sheet showing where to record deliveries, sample withdrawals, and any transfers.
