Google Sheets Pivot Creation

I have a sales dataset in Google Sheets that I’d like turned into clear, insightful pivot tables. Your job is to set up each pivot so I can quickly slice totals, averages, and counts by product, region, and date without touching the raw sheet.
Please build the pivots directly in my shared Google Sheet, label each tab logically, and add a short note beside every table explaining the filters and row/column logic you used. Once done, I should be able to refresh the data or add new rows and have the pivots update with a single click.
If you’ve created dynamic pivot views in Google Sheets before and are comfortable working with sales-oriented metrics, this should be a quick engagement.
