Google Sheets - Personnel Managment and Shift Planning Woorkbook - Costs Reporting

Develop and make adjustments on a Google Sheet that is used to retail team management and shift planning.
Sheets should be work for:
- Schedule and Management of a team of around 60 people.
- Ajust Daily working schedule to a location;
- State place to work (Location);
- Control and report No. Hours of working by location;
- Control and report No. hours of working by Employee;
- Control and report No. of hour of working by day / week / month;
Number of employees between 40 and 60 (each has a internal code and name)
Number of working locations (9):
- Alegria
- Matosinhos
- Flores
- Campo Lindo
- Rodrigues
- Costa Cabral
- Boavista
- Gondomar
- Armazem
Woorkbook Comprises:
- Costs Report Sheet;
- Monthly Schedule and Planning Sheet (Shift and Location sheet). January, February, March…;
- Shifts Config (Sheet used to config working times)
- HR Config (Sheet used to list total number of workers and hourly cost of each)

Locations could be identified by Color.
Calculations of costs and total hour month and day by location could be done by any script or Valuesbycolor functions.
