Google Sheets Order & Profit Tracking System for Dropshipping (Staff-Editable)

I run a growing dropshipping store and I need a single Google Sheet that lets my team record every order while I keep an eye on costs and profit in real time. The file will live in Google Drive and be shared with several staff members, so it has to be fool-proof, fast, and protected.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Staff will type in each new order manually—order ID, product, quantity, supplier cost, shipping and any tracking link we have. They should see only the fields they are allowed to touch, with the rest locked down.
• The moment a row is filled, a behind-the-scenes Apps Script (or advanced formulas, whichever is lighter) should stamp the date, calculate my net profit after all expenses, and set an initial status of “Awaiting Fulfillment.”
• As staff update the tracking link or mark “shipped,” the script should flip the status automatically through stages such as “In Transit” and “Delivered,” so I never chase anyone for updates.
• A live profit dashboard—total revenue, total cost, ad spend input, and net profit margin—must sit at the top and refresh itself as soon as any row changes.

I need full admin rights, while staff get limited editing on the order-entry range only; everything else—dashboards, formulas, scripts—stays protected.

Deliverables
1. A fully functional Google Sheet with all automation baked in.
2. Protected-range and access-level configuration matching the above.
3. A short Loom or written guide so future hires know exactly where to click.
