Google Sheets Merging and Automation

I'm in need of a Google Sheets expert who can merge an 11-page document into three separate sheets.
Key requirements:
- Merge: You'll need to organize all the data from the 11-page sheet into three different sheets. This should be done in an efficient and understandable manner. All 11 google sheet pages have different cities, belonging to the south, center and north. Create the sheets accordingly. Also, I need you to put in the formulas to exclude and prevent all repetitions.
- Repetition Formulae: The sheets will require repetition formulae inserted in order to streamline the data entry processes. You will need to send me the repetition formulae and explain to me where to put them.
Ideal Applicant:
- Experience: I'm looking for bidders who have a solid background in Google Sheets, particularly in managing and manipulating large data sets.
