Google Sheets Live Menu Setup

I need a Google Sheets expert to turn a basic spreadsheet into a live menu that my clients and I can update simultaneously. Real-time changes must flow through instantly so no one ever sees outdated information.

Here’s what I have in mind: you’ll structure the sheet in an easy-to-read layout, set the correct sharing permissions so both sides can edit without jeopardising formulas, and add any data-validation tricks needed to keep entries clean. If you think a simple sidebar or protected ranges would help, feel free to propose it—I’m open to best-practice suggestions as long as the core requirement of live updates remains rock-solid.

Once the build is complete, record a quick Loom or provide concise written steps showing me (and my clients) how to add new rows, adjust prices, and publish the sheet as a web-friendly view. That short walkthrough is part of the deliverable; the goal is that we can maintain the menu ourselves with zero confusion.
