Google Sheets KPI Dashboard Setup

I already record every wedding project and its related tasks in Google Sheets, organised by team member. What I need now is a clean, KPI-driven layer on top of that data so I can glance at the file each week and instantly see how my operations executive (and the rest of the crew) are really doing.

Here’s the outcome I’m after:

• Restructure or reference my existing sheet so that Task Completion Rate, On-Time Delivery Rate and an Overall Employee Performance score are calculated automatically.
• Build the underlying formulas (ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, pivot tables—whatever is most efficient) so the stats refresh themselves as soon as new rows are added.
• Design a one-page Google Sheets dashboard with clear charts, traffic-light indicators and a simple date filter for weekly reviews.

Acceptance criteria
1. All KPIs update without manual input once new task rows are filled out.
2. Dashboard loads in under five seconds and remains readable on both desktop and mobile.
3. I can change the review period (week, month, custom dates) from a single cell and watch every metric update.
