Google Sheets KPI Dashboard Automation

I have monthly sales and performance exports sitting in Excel / CSV format and need them transformed into a living, minimalistic dashboard hosted entirely in Google Sheets. Once complete, I want to open the file, drop in fresh data, and instantly see updated sales-growth and profit-margin insights without touching a single formula.
Here is how I picture the flow: you’ll import and cleanse the raw files, build structured tables, and then drive a series of pivot tables, charts, and dynamic formulas (QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, etc.) that surface the two core KPIs—sales growth rate and profit margins—along with any supporting figures required to make the story clear. Visuals should stay clean and uncluttered; muted brand colours and plenty of white space work best.
Because the data refreshes every month, I’d like an automated routine—whether it’s an Apps Script trigger, IMPORTRANGE pipeline, or another lightweight approach—that lets me paste or upload the new source file and watch every chart and metric recalculate in seconds.
