Google Sheets Invoice & Report Template
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a growing set of clients and need a single Google Sheet that lets me issue both proforma and tax invoices, then rolls everything up into a clean month-end summary.
Here’s what I’m after: I want one workbook with two polished invoice tabs—one laid out as a proforma, the other as a tax invoice—plus a dashboard tab that automatically pulls every issued invoice into a monthly report. When I type customer information, an itemised list of products or services, and the agreed payment terms into the proforma sheet, that data should flow wherever else it’s needed. The tax invoice should pick up the same transaction and add the relevant tax calculations once I confirm it’s billable. Ideally, I can choose the month from a dropdown on the dashboard and instantly see totals, outstanding balances, and any basic KPIs you think make sense.
Manual data entry needs to be minimal, formulas clearly documented, and the layout print-ready in A4 and US-Letter. If you can add a button or simple Apps Script to generate a PDF copy and store it in Drive, even better, but the core requirement is the integrated Google Sheets solution described above. Let me know how you’d structure the file and roughly how long you’d need—I’m ready to get started right away.
