Create a formula within Google Sheets which calculates the current 'period' of the day according to a table in the sheet.
Create a script which copies rows matching the current day and period to the last row of another sheet - and must include values and formats only.
The attached files explain further. The spreadsheet is in Excel, however this was the only way to download the current Google Sheet. The script and formulas must be for Google Sheets.
