Google Sheets Formula & Formatting Update

I have an existing Google Sheet that needs a quick but careful refresh. The main task is to replace the current static values with working formulas—simple sums, averages, and other basic arithmetic—so the sheet updates itself automatically as new rows are added.

Alongside the formula work, I also want the layout cleaned up: consistent fonts, clear headers, and alternating row colours so everything is easy to read at a glance.

I frequently pull the same data into Excel for offline reports, so please set up the file with that hand-off in mind (proper date and number formatting, no hidden characters, and anything else that keeps the transition smooth). If a lightweight Google Apps Script snippet helps automate the Excel export, feel free to include it.

When you’re done I expect the sheet to calculate correctly, look professional, and remain fully compatible when downloaded as an .xlsx file.
