Google Sheets Expert for a Input Briefing Deliverables Form

We currently have two documents as part of our briefing process. One empty where the briefer can populate their requirements and the second a master document containing all of the possible assets that can be requested. We want to create a master creative deliverables form where the possible deliverables can be included via dropdown menus.
