Google Sheets Diesel Tracker
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Please set up a streamlined diesel-tracking workbook in Google Sheets. The core need is fuel consumption tracking only; mileage or cost analysis can stay out of scope for now.
Data will be entered manually through a simple, user-friendly Google Form (or an in-sheet form UI—whichever is quicker to build). Each submission must capture:
• Date and time of refuel
• Fuel station location
• Litres filled (or gallons, so I can switch units easily)
Behind the form, the sheet should automatically:
• Log every entry in a clean database tab
• Calculate total consumption and average consumption per entry
• Update a summary dashboard with charts showing weekly and monthly totals
I’d like clean formatting, clear headings, and protected formula cells so accidental edits don’t break anything. If you add a bit of App Script for the automatic timestamp or dashboard refresh, please comment the code so I can tweak it later.
Deliverable: a fully working Google Sheets file (plus any App Script you write) that I can copy into my Drive and start using right away.
