Google Sheets Data Entry Task

I have between 100 and 500 rows of mixed information—numbers alongside short text notes—that need to be keyed directly into an existing Google Sheet. Everything will be supplied to you in handwritten or on-screen form, so the work is purely manual entry; no CSV imports or database pulls are involved.

Accuracy is more important than speed: each value must land in the correct cell, follow the sheet’s format, and preserve any leading zeros or special characters where they appear. I will share the sheet and simple field-by-field instructions as soon as we start.

Deliverables:
• A fully populated Google Sheet with every row completed and double-checked for typos
• A brief note summarising any ambiguities you encountered so I can verify them quickly
