Google Sheets Data Entry

I have a batch of scanned documents that need to be transcribed directly into a Google Sheet. The material contains a mix of text and numbers—product names, reference codes, quantities, and a few brief notes—so accuracy on both sides is essential.

I have already created a blank spreadsheet with clearly labelled columns for each category I need (item, code, quantity, note, etc.). Your task is to type every entry from the scans into its appropriate column, keeping the original order within each category so nothing is lost or shuffled. Spelling, punctuation, and numeric values must match the source exactly; once finished, the sheet should be ready for immediate sorting, filtering, or summarising without any extra cleanup from my side.

Deliverable
• Completed Google Sheet populated with all records from the supplied scans, double-checked for transcription errors.
