I have a steady stream of textual data arriving through online forms that must be transferred quickly and accurately into a Google Sheets workspace. Each entry needs to match the source exactly, preserve capitalization and punctuation, and land in the correct column for downstream reporting. Because the information occasionally includes sensitive details, I expect absolute confidentiality and care in handling every record.

You will receive a shared Google Sheet with clear headings plus view-only access to the live form responses for cross-checking. As you work, please flag any ambiguous or incomplete submissions so I can review them in real time.

Deliverables:
• All assigned rows entered and double-checked for accuracy
• A short note summarising total records processed and any issues flagged
