Google Sheets Data App -- 2

I want to build loading tracker app where I will firstly give loading program with vehicle number then update its status/details regularly in a sequential order like:
Loading Program & Vehicle Details to be auto recorded in Google Sheet via Whatsapp Message Forward.

Step No. Work Flow Requirement
Step 1.1 Receive Loading Program from Buyer Text Box with Mobile Screen View
Step 1.2 Select Buyer Name Select from Drop Down List, with option to Add New Entry
Step 1.3 Confirm vehicle from Driver Check Box with Time Stamp
Step 2.1 Send Loading Program to a Seller Select from Drop Down List, with option to Add New Entry
Step 2.2 Select Plant Select from Drop Down List, with option to Add New Entry
Step 2.3 Mention Broker/Agent/Account Name Select from Drop Down List, with option to Add New Entry
Step 3.1 Vehicle reached Plant Check Box with Time Stamp
Step 3.2 Vehicle taken inside Plant Check Box with Time Stamp
Step 3.3 Vehicle Loaded Check Box with Time Stamp
Step 3.4 Final Weight Text Box
Step 4.1 Invoice issued Text Box
Step 4.2 Vehicle Released Check Box with Time Stamp

All these to be recorded in Google Sheets as a database.
Access filtered reports as what all vehicles are not completed and what all are completed as per Status
User/Role Based Access to Data (Hide or Show Specific data to specific user)
Details from this Sheet (Loading Status) to be linked to another sheet "Order Summary".
