Google Sheets CRM Template Setup
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Please create a fresh Google Sheets file called “CRM_TEST — WOW CZYSTO — v1.4” and turn the written SOP I will share into a fully-working template. The sheet needs seven tabs—ORDERS, CUSTOMERS, CONTRACTORS, CONTRACTOR_PAYOUTS, CONTRACTOR_SUMMARY, FINANCE_DASHBOARD and RUN_LOG—spelled exactly like that.
After pasting the column headers I supply, set up data validation so that every dropdown follows my blueprint: some lists are hard-coded, others pull dynamically from another sheet; the job requires both approaches. Where a TRUE/FALSE flag is noted, convert it to a Google Sheets checkbox.
Protect the status columns and all payment-related cells so only Admin can edit them; everyone else must see them as read-only. To prove everything works, enter one sample row in ORDERS and confirm the status dropdown and checkbox behave correctly.
Deliverables on Definition of Done
• Shareable link to the completed spreadsheet (edit access for me)
• Three quick screenshots: 1) the tab bar showing all seven sheets, 2) the ORDERS headers, 3) the Protected ranges pane highlighting the locked areas
It’s a fixed-price task payable once those items are in place and verified. The SOP spells out each step, so this should be a clean copy-paste-configure exercise for anyone comfortable with Google Sheets.
