Google Sheets P&L Builder

I need a polished Google Sheets template that lets me manage our business expenses through a single, annual P&L budget worksheet. The sheet must centre on three core sections—Revenue, Operating expenses and Net profit—so I can see at a glance how each line item rolls up into year-end performance.

The template should:
• follow a true ANNUAL P&L BUDGET layout (12-month columns, annual totals and a clean summary dashboard)
• accept granular entries yet keep the front-end simple enough for non-finance staff to update
• include built-in formulas that automatically calculate subtotals, gross margin and final net profit
• highlight variances between forecast and actuals, and flag any negative trends with conditional formatting
• be fully editable, with clear category labels so I can later split figures into fixed monthly, variable or one-time costs if required
