i have 3 water tanker and 3 driver now i have 2 type of customer , first is factory in which bill are made on monthly bases and get payment on end of the month , second is local customer mostly house hold and allmost in my area there are 2000 house out of which 80% of market share or water supply to them is under us , in this problam is that for examplei deliverd 1 tanker to ram on 1 augst cost 250 and ram not do payment and tell me that i will do payment next time and after that on 5 aug adeliver tanker to ram on thta they he give me 500 rupess payment , khow i want to make sheet in which i can calculate all the my business activitie with daily cash book with automation that all the outstanding payment i can track and and i recived payment and i do entry in daily cash book it get auto apdate in my outstanding payment and , customer ledger in which i can see which customer amount is pending with one click and also want to track profit and loss account and month summary and i will start this sheet from september month .
