Google Sheets Automation for Player Data

I need an automated Google Sheets system to manage sport player data. The data includes performance statistics, personal information, and training schedules.

Requirements:
- Forms/Questionnaires: Daily performance logs, health and injury reports, training feedback forms
- Data Input: Automated via forms/questionnaires filled by players

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Google Sheets and automation
- Experience with Google Forms or similar tools
- Background in data management, preferably in a sports context
