Google Sheets Automation Script

The task is to replace a set of repetitive, manual steps inside my Google Sheet with a single, reliable Apps Script. Right now I have to open the file, copy-paste new rows, run formulas, and tidy up a summary tab each time fresh data comes in. With the right Google Apps Script bound to the spreadsheet I should be able to trigger everything at once—either on demand from a custom menu or automatically on a time-based trigger.

What I expect when the project is finished:
• A well-structured GAS file added to the spreadsheet, clearly commented so I can follow the logic.
• Triggers configured (time-driven and/or on-open) so the sheet updates itself hands-free.
• Any necessary custom menus or buttons for quick manual runs.
• Clear hand-off notes that show me where to adjust ranges, sheet names, or trigger times in the future.
• The script tested with sample data to prove it runs without errors.

You are free to suggest improvements to the current workflow; the goal is simply to turn my Google Sheet into a self-maintaining tool.
