Google Sheets Automation Expert Needed

I am a speech-language pathologist with a large caseload keeping track of different data for different goals for each student on my caseload. I have created a master sheet and 3 separate sheets for each quarter but I want the data from Q2-Q4 transposed onto a section on the master sheet.
