Google Sheets Automation Expert -- 2

I maintain a set of Google Sheets that have grown into a complex, script-driven system. Everything currently runs on Google Apps Script, yet performance lags and several steps are still manual. I’m looking for a Google Sheets automation specialist who can dive into the existing code, streamline it, and extend the automation so day-to-day work becomes fully hands-off.

What’s already in place
• Multiple interlinked sheets with custom functions, onEdit/onChange triggers, and timed jobs
• Google Apps Script as the sole scripting language
• A need for cleaner structure, faster execution, and robust error handling

What I’d like from you
• Audit the current Apps Script code, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements
• Refactor or rewrite scripts for speed and reliability (batch updates, CacheService, etc.)
• Add any missing automation logic—whether that’s hands-free data entry, deeper analysis steps, or automated report generation—once we map the exact workflow
• Build a simple interface (custom menu or sidebar) so non-technical users can trigger tasks easily
• Comment the code clearly and deliver a short README
• Join one hand-over / test call to ensure everything runs smoothly
