Google Sheet typing & Inventory
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a clean, reliable Google Sheet set up primarily for data entry and storage of my day-to-day sales and inventory figures. The file should let me type in each transaction—product name, units sold, cost, selling price, current stock—and have those details flow smoothly into a well-organized table so I can track performance at a glance.
Here’s what matters most to me:
• Fast, no-friction data input with clear column headings and drop-downs or validation where it makes sense (e.g., product SKUs, categories).
• Accurate running tallies for quantity on hand and total sales value, so I always know what is left in stock and how much revenue has come in.
• A layout that stays readable even as the list grows—frozen headers, alternating row colors, the basics that keep things user-friendly.
I haven’t pinned down any advanced bells and whistles yet, but I’m open to suggestions such as automatic totals, low-stock flags, or simple sales summaries if you think they can be added without overcomplicating the sheet.
Deliverable: a ready-to-use Google Sheet shared to my Drive, pre-formatted, formula-tested, and accompanied by a brief note or short Loom explaining where to enter data and how everything updates.
