Google Sheet that auto updates with mortgage rate data

Hi,
I need a google sheet that automatically updates with the most recent 6 months of weekly mortgage rate data from FRED. The data should be weekly ending the most recent day and uses the following datasets:
Conventional - https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/MORTGAGE30US
Jumbo - https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/OBMMIJUMBO30YF
FHA - https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/OBMMIVA30YF
VA - https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/OBMMIFHA30YF
I would like instructions on how to modify the sheet to pull different series and timeframes if needed and can provide my API key from FRED if needed.
