Google Sheet formula

I’m needing 2 formulas to count the sum of data over multiple sheets. I’m needing one to count if they include a name between dates (ie. count January-December for the dates10/1-10/31 if Name). The second one is to count it if it contains the same information as the first formula requested, but also include another conditional name (ie. January-December for dates 10/1-10/31 if Name and Condition Name)
