Google Sheet - Site Visit Chart

Hi,
I want to give access of a google from to each of my staff who is doing a site visit.
Name & other details of site will be maintained by office admin. Entry form will have multiple drop downs for selection and entry box for work done.
Also at the end of the day he can access the form to mark conveyance.
Admin will have the complete access with report sheet & dashboard.
