Google Sheet Sales Revamp
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
Our sales tracker in Google Sheets needs a thorough refresh so it continues to serve as a single, dependable source of truth. First, new sales transactions must be entered from the latest export while any inaccuracies in the existing rows are corrected at the same time.
Once the data itself is clean, the sheet has to be made far easier to read and analyse. Please adjust column widths so every value is visible, apply a consistent set of cell styles for headings, currency, dates and percentages, and introduce the formulas I list below to automate weekly and monthly totals.
Deliverables
• All recent sales transactions added and verified against the source file
• Corrections applied to any figures, dates or customer references that are currently wrong
• Logical column widths and uniform cell styling across the workbook
• New formulas inserted for: total revenue, average order value, units sold per product, and month-to-date performance (using ARRAYFORMULA where helpful)
• A short note inside the sheet explaining any new ranges or helper columns
Acceptance criteria
• No duplicate rows; key columns (invoice number, date, customer) must match the source exactly
• Formulas return accurate results when cross-checked against manual calculations
• Sheet passes Google Sheets “Trim whitespace” and “Data cleanup → Remove duplicates” with no further issues reported
The file link and raw CSV export will be shared as soon as we begin. Collaborative mode is enabled, so you can work directly in the document.
