I'm looking for a skilled Google Sheets expert to create an ordering form. The form should include the following:

- Customer details (name, email, phone number)
- Dropdown selection for drink categories with space to type the specific name of the drink
- Options for coffee preferences (iced or frozen)
- Shake sizes (small or large with $2 up charge) and customization options ('done up' or 'naked')
- A specific section for a drink category with whip cream blending option ($1.25 extra)
- Payment details including cash (exact change) or Venmo
- Automatic total calculations based on user selections
- A section to display business details: name, address, and social media links
- Space to showcase Venmo account info
