Google Sheet - Making a marketing report and with consolidated dashboard

There are 3 marketing executives, Each one of them will do telemarketing every day by making 30 calls, and also will be visiting 10 clients directly. They will be selling various products such as vouchers, books, or taking reservations. I wanted google Sheets, wherein they will fill the marketing report that has a drop-down menu of choice based on which a consolidated report is made and the dashboard has various graphic displays over all and individual performance. I have made a sample file that I am attaching to you.
