Google Sheet Formula & Formatting Overhaul

I have an existing Google Sheet that is starting to sprawl out of control. I need someone to go through it, tighten up the back-end logic, and make it look polished enough for quick stakeholder reviews.

Here is what I expect:

• Formulas & functions
– Replace or streamline current calculations so they run quickly and never spill errors.
– Add data-manipulation steps where raw dumps are automatically cleaned and reshaped.
– Build conditional logic that flags anomalies and drives summary metrics.

• Visual presentation
– Apply a clear cell-color scheme that highlights inputs, outputs, and warnings.
– Layer conditional formatting rules that change in real time as thresholds are met.
– Insert a small set of charts or graphs so key KPIs are visible at a glance.

Acceptance criteria
1. All formulas return correct results when I test with sample data.
2. No hard-coded figures; everything updates dynamically from the raw data sheets.
3. Conditional formatting and charts adjust automatically as new rows are appended.
4. The file remains fully shareable—no add-ons that require additional licenses.

You will receive a link to the current sheet plus a short Loom walkthrough of its pain points. Once you finish, hand back the updated sheet with a brief changelog so I can follow your logic.
