Google Sheet Edit - Monthly Calendar + Communications Listing

Hello,
I'm looking for some quick help to in Merging Two Google Sheets for a monthly communications plan.
The top part of each monthly tab on the sheet will be a calendar template, showing each day of the week for each month - see attachment 1 for a screenshot.
Below the calendar in each sheet there will be a different column setup where items can be listed - see attached for a screenshot.
The templates are already made, we just need some assistance in merging the two formats.
