Google Script, when item is Selected send an email to the address in the first column

I need an email each time the row gets copied to another sheet. I actually I have the code and it works fine, but I want use the email address that I have in column one instead of just a hard coded "Email". I would also like to pull from other columns in the same row for "Sample Subject" I know this is a real easy fix, but I can't wrap my head around how to do it. I have the working code that I can share its only a few lines long.

I would like the code commented so I can use the same pattern to pull code for the subject and body of my email.
