PROJECT: TRAINING AND ACTIVATION TRACKING SYSTEM (GOOGLE FORMS + GOOGLE SHEETS)
Objective
Develop a data-entry and reporting system using Google Forms and Google Sheets that allows staff to:
• Record training sessions, activations, and extra work
• Register multiple players per session
• Register multiple exercises per session
• Automatically generate a structured database
• Filter reports by player, date range, block type, and MD profile
• Generate compliance reports (“X out of Y days”)
• Provide a visual dashboard for quick viewing without printing
• Allow future migration to Glide or a mobile application
