Google Forms and Sheets Job

Hello,



I am looking for something like this:

A mechanic completes a google form with a parts request.

I would get an alert the a part has been requested

I would like the data sent to a google sheet

The google sheet would include a separate tab that is specialized/color coded/pull down menus etc.

I have attached an example

I was hoping to change a few things on the form:



1. That the row color default is red, but changes when you select ordered, received, cancelled, on hold etc.

2. We would like the form to reset monthly, but the old forms be saved somewhere.



3. we would like to be in complete control of the form/sheet when complete.
