Google Forms Produce Ordering

Job ID: 40254196

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I run a produce distribution business and want every grocery store or restaurant client to place orders through a personal Google Form link that feeds a single Google Sheet. The Sheet must act as the central dashboard―that piece is the top priority―giving me a live view of everything that has been requested, fulfilled, and still short.

Workflow I have in mind
• Grocery customers see their own, customer-specific prices, while all restaurants share one price list.
• Items can be entered either by Unit or by LB; the form should recognise the correct pricing column automatically.
• When a customer submits an order, it is routed to the master Sheet but remains invisible to any other customer.
• As orders come in, the system copies the request line to a “Fulfilment” tab where staff can confirm what actually ships. These fulfilled quantities should populate automatically in the dashboard so shortage calculations appear without extra typing.
• If the total delivered value is below US $150 the dashboard adds a delivery fee; otherwise delivery stays free.
• Final billing sheet pulls only the fulfilled quantities and correct pricing so invoices are accurate.

Technical expectations
Google Forms, Google Sheets, Apps Script (or similar no-code add-ons) should keep ongoing costs minimal; a small monthly fee for an add-on is acceptable, but nothing enterprise-level.

Deliverables
• Two Google Forms templates (Grocery & Restaurant) with dynamic price lookup
• Master Google Sheet with:
 - Orders intake tab (read-only for staff)
 - Fulfilment tab (editable) that back-feeds the dashboard
 - Live dashboard summarising totals, shortages, delivery fees, and billable amounts
• Apps Script / automation that:
 - Generates unique customer links
 - Locks customer visibility
 - Pushes fulfilled data back to the dashboard automatically
• Clear documentation plus a short walk-through video

Please include an estimated build cost and timeline in your proposal, along with any similar Google Workspace projects you’ve completed.
