Google Form & Excel Parking System

I run a daily parking business and want the entire booking flow to live in Google Workspace and Excel. Here is what I need built:

• Google Form that captures customer name, car plate number and requested parking duration, with options for Covered or Open parking.
• Form responses feeding straight into a Google Sheet, cleanly structured for downstream use.
• An Excel workbook (mac-compatible) that imports the live Google Sheet via Power Query or another reliable connection, then automatically:
– Calculates total days and the correct fee based on parking type.
– Flags each record as Paid or Pending and keeps a running balance.
– Refreshes a simple dashboard showing total bookings per month, revenue generated and outstanding payments.
• One-click template to issue an invoice or receipt for any booking.
