In the next screen the user will be proposed with a short list of ISV
This is done based on the filter and could be augmented by an LLM that could suggest ISV based in the information available
In the following step, an agenda is proposed to the user based on the work done by the LLM assigned the right ISV to the right topic and making suggestions combining presentations, fireside chat , demo etc
In the last two steps
The user is proposed with an menu to customize and LLM drafted invitation to be sent to the ISV
And then the user The user is proposed with an menu to customize and LLM drafted invitation to be sent to the attendees
Finally the User has a final screen where he can manage other tasks including badge printing, survey, lead generation etc. the leads are put in a separate table
Key Functional Requirements:
Intuitive form for capturing essential event information:
Objective (purpose of the event)
Target industry
Date and location
Target audience (participant profile)
Narrative description
Room booking (with filtering options)
Catering (with menu suggestions)
ISV (vendor) recommendation: The system suggests relevant ISVs based on the selected industry. The user selects those of interest.

Badge printing
Guest reception
Satisfaction surveys / NPS
Lead collection
Pipeline generation
Key Goals:
Efficiency: Reduce the time and effort required to create an event.
Simplicity: The interface must be easy to understand and navigate, even for inexperienced users.
Flexibility: Adapt to different event types (conferences, tradeshows, meetings, etc.).
Desired Deliverables:
Mockups or wireframes: Visual representations of the user flow and interface design.
UI/UX recommendations: Detailed descriptions of interface elements, interactions, and best practices for an exceptional user experience.
Documentation: Explanation of design choices and intended functionality.
