Google Apps Script for Row Deletion

I need a Google Apps Script to automate deleting specific rows in a spreadsheet. The rows to be deleted are those rows where Column A has more than one identical entry in different rows.
Requirements:
- Identify and delete entire columns based on duplicate column A rows
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Google Apps Script
- Experience with Google Sheets automation
- Attention to detail and reliability
I keep getting a "This app is blocked" when I try to write my own Script, so it might be better for you to have a copy of this page of the spreadsheet, then I can copy the results over the top. I also need a copy of the script for my reference
