Google Apps Script Mobile Web App

I need a Google Apps Script web application that feels native on Android phones and plugs directly into Google Sheets as its single source of truth. Users should authenticate through Google login, after which the app presents role-based screens for truck entry, loading status updates, and a quick photo upload flow.

Whenever a driver or yard staff logs in, records a load, or submits an update, the app must quietly capture the device’s GPS coordinates and write them to the sheet alongside the event timestamp. A built-in QR / barcode scanner will speed up truck and load identification; scanned data should populate the relevant cells automatically.

Dashboards—also built with Apps Script and embedded charts—will give supervisors a live view of truck movements and loading progress. All interactions, permissions, and data writes must respect the user’s assigned role so that, for example, drivers cannot see the management dashboard.

To make the experience feel native, the front end should be responsive, full-screen, and installable as a shortcut from Chrome (PWA style). Camera access, scanning, and file uploads need to work smoothly on standard Android devices without extra installs.

Deliverables:

• Deployment URL ready for testing on Android
• Brief setup & permission guide for handing over into my workspace

I’ll test by logging in with different roles, performing load updates, scanning a QR code, and verifying that GPS coordinates land in the correct sheet columns.
