1. Stock Take Module
Scan or select products and enter counted quantities
Automatically syncs with Google Sheets
Capture who performed the stock take and timestamp
2. Daily Stock Count Schedule
App suggests which products must be counted each day (weekly rotation)
Daily push notification or email reminder with items to check
3. Warehouse Transfers
Move stock between 2 warehouses
Automatically deduct from source warehouse and add to destination
4. Low Stock Notifications
System monitors quantities continuously
Sends alert (email or push notification) when items fall below a set reorder threshold
5. Sales Deduction Module
Automatically deduct stock based on daily sales
Sales data can be imported from a Google Sheet or entered manually
