Google AppSheet Scheduling & Reports

I have a Google-based dataset that I want to turn into an AppSheet app focused on workflow automation. The core workflow is all about scheduling and reporting: events are logged in a sheet, the app should process the dates, and, at defined intervals, generate clear summary reports that I can download or email automatically.
Key requirements
• Build the AppSheet front-end so users can add or update schedule items from any device.
• Configure the automation to run on a set schedule, pull the latest data, and output a concise summary report (PDF or Google Doc is fine).
• Keep the interface simple—no extra screens beyond what’s needed for the scheduling form, a list view, and a place to access past reports.
Acceptance criteria
• A working AppSheet app linked to my Google Sheets.
• Automated summary report generation proven with a test run.
• Handover notes explaining how I can adjust the schedule or tweak the report template later.
